Separate cash already available from money still to earn. Count only proceeds after direct expenses, and do not spend customer funds needed to fulfill their existing orders.
Questions before you start
Should the bot speak as the human coach?
It should clearly identify itself as an AI tool and explain its limits. Avoid suggesting that generated responses were personally reviewed when they were not.
